Created in partnership with a postpartum expert, this package is rooted in tradition, backed by science, and made with love. A gentle and nourishing foundation for postpartum healing, designed to be easy to eat, nutrient-dense, and comforting.
This package includes 5 different menu items that will feed a new mama over the course of 1 week. There are two sizes of this package, listed below. This package includes:
6 or 12 Bliss Balls – naturally sweetened bites rich in healthy fats, fiber, and energy-boosting ingredients
2 or 4 8oz Chia Puddings – omega-3 rich and easy to digest, perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks
4 or 8 Egg Bites – baked with asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, and cottage cheese for added protein and B vitamins
- 32 or 64oz Ginger Chicken Congee – slow-cooked rice porridge made with bone broth, chicken thighs, ginger, garlic, and a touch of sesame oil, topped with shiitake mushrooms and scallions
- 32 or 64oz Roasted Squash & Lentil Purée – creamy and grounding, made with roasted kabocha or butternut squash, lentils, and coconut milk, optionally garnished with sesame seeds
