I love a grain salad that is 50-50 veggies and grains. This one is so salty, nutty, and bright! Nutty semi-pearled farro tossed with sautéed broccoli, garlic, olive oil, and bright lemon zest and juice. Finished with Pecorino Romano and a touch of red pepper flakes for a savory, vibrant grain dish that works beautifully as a hearty side or light vegetarian meal.
